At only 23 years of age, Louis has a long list of credits to his name. Most recently, he played the key role of Thomas in Stan’s popular miniseries Romper Stomper and Neil in short film Short Back and Sides, from Late Nite Films.
In 2016, he completed the full-time Professional Acting course at 16th Street Actors Studio.
Louis’ Australian TV credits include the ABC comedy It’s A Date; House Husbands for Channel Nine, Worst Best Friends (CoxKnight); Stingers (BSLM); a recurring role on Blue Heelers (Southern Star); We Can Be Heroes (ABC); Bastard Boys (ABC); The King, the award-winning dramatisation of Graham Kennedy’s life (Dir: Matthew Saville/Grundy); Carla Cametti PD (SBS) and Tangle (Southern Star).
His feature film debut came in 2004 with You and Your Stupid Mate, from Mondayitis. Other fim credits include Macbeth (Dir: Geoffrey Wright); Charlotte’s Web, where he played Avery, opposite Dakota Fanning; and the lead role in The Dragon Pearl, opposite Sam Neill.
US TV credits include Deceit (Lifetime TV) and Nightmares and Dreamscapes: Umney’s Last Case (Coote/ Hayes). Louis has also appeared in the short film series Tiny Town, directed by Tim Dean.
On stage, Louis has worked with the Melbourne Theatre Company in All My Sons and the Tim Winton play Rising Water.
