Trent is a student of the May Downs School of Dancing and has been singing and dancing since the age of three.

He began his professional career when he was just seven, performing in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert – The Musical (Melbourne season), in the role of Benji. After appearing in the Melbourne Theatre Company’s production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, he went on to play the lead role of Michael Banks in Disney’s Mary Poppins.   

Trent’s television credits include Seven Types of Ambiguity, a recurring role in Winners & Losers and, earlier, Neighbours and The Librarians.

He was in the film Matching Jack (directed by Nadia Tass) and has appeared in a number of short films including Rabbit, No Company, Fences and Open Doors.

Trent is also popular on the voiceover circuit, voicing campaigns for RACV and AGL, among others.
