Ben joined the main cast of Neighbours in 2003 and quickly gained a strong following based on his performance in the main cast role of Scott “Stingray” Timmins . He received a Logie nomination for Best New Male Talent in 2005 and was inducted into the Logies Hall of Fame to celebrate Neighbours 20th Anniversary.

Ben has also been busy creating his own comedy content.  He was the creator and star of the web series Footballer Wants a Wife, produced and directed the Tropfest final film Waste of Time and writes and appears in Neighbours digital content.

Earlier TV credits include guest roles in Channel Nine’s Halifax Retribution and ABC’s Utopia Series 4, Chuck Finn and Scooter: Special Agent. Ben is also kept busy as a voiceover artist, working across numerous high profile campaigns for both film and television.

His impressive stage credits include Pepper in a National tour of Mamma Mia!, The Boy from Oz’ (Ben Gannon); Singin’ in the Rain (IMG); The Sound of Music (SEL & GFO); A Bunch of Ratbags (Magnormos) and the Artful Dodger in Oliver! (IMG Melbourne & Singapore). This role saw him nominated for a Green Room Award. Ben appeared in several pantomimes in the UK including Jack and the Beanstalk and as Buttons in Cinderella before making his West End debut as the Narrator in High School Musical (Apollo Hammersmith).

Ben has trained at 16th Street Acting Studios in Melbourne and the renowned The Groundlings in LA.
